My First dj experience was when i was 10, I used to run discos in my school hall at lunchtime That was our excuse to the head teacher, the real reason was that we just wanted to play music to people. At that age i liked most types of music including the new found rave music. I first heard "Far out" by Danny Breaks on a tape from a pirate called green Apple, I was sitting on the bus on the way to school and just remember being blown away! From then on i was into rave music and couldnt wait to play it to a crowd.

I bought the occasional records but when i got my first dex (soundlabs) all my money went on records each week.

After mixing for nearly a year at the age of sixteen I sent off one of my mix tapes to Eternity magazine and won Hardcore tape of the month on the Breaking new talent pages, from that I got my first dj booking at Club Labyrinth, I also had a twice monthly residency with “Liberty” at Club Colloseum in Vauxhall, playing old skool and jungle alongside Nicky Blackmarket, Teebone, Devious Dee, Brockie and Det, Clarky, Squirel, Skibbadee and Shabba. To be djing at that club was such an acheivement for me as it was such a good venue. I recently played at Sound of Eden at destiny in Watford Playing old skool, Future Sounds at Area in Watford, Other venues include Royalles uxbridge, Broadway boulevard Ealing. Also played back to back with Dj V at the launch of Brian Belle Fortunes Drum and Bass book "All crew must big up" alongside Flapjack and Miss Pink.

I used to have an Old Skool show on a pirate Called Abyss Fm founded by Tristan O'neil the Rave photographer. I did friday nights 7 till 9 alongside dj frequency but after a few years funds ran out so it had to finish.

With no Radio came no bookings so part of the Abyss crew from my area started our own weekly drum and bass night at the Trinity bar in harrow which proved to be very popular with the local raving community.

I felt that I’d acheived all I could with my djing and needed to progress to the production side of the industry. I bought my first sampler in 2001 which was a zoom which was bog standard so i invested in an emu 5000, The first tune i made on that sampler got recognised by Ray Keith in Music house, that was my first good bit of feedback from anyone apart from my friends and i was well pleased to know that he liked it and cut it. Since then i have got into reason , most of my bits are made with reason , cubase and my Roland JP8080.

After playing on Freeze fm 92. for a year now on the grave yard shift i have moved on to Vybe 99.5 7pm till 9pm each Friday Playing Old skool and new Drum n Bass.

I am also a dj/producer in a Hip Hop/Rock band, we are currently working on our debut ep.
